She received her bachelor's degreefrom Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taipei in 1974 andher master's degree in accounting from Ohio StateUniversity in 1981. She has over 15 years ofprofessional experience in accounting and taxationfrom both private and public sectors.
Ms. Ho is the owner and manager of Kai-Ming C. HoProfessional Corporation. Prior to starting her ownpractice, she was a Revenue Agent / Sales Tax Auditorwith the City of Denver, Colorado. She also worked asa financial accountant with Rifkin and Associates.
Since 1991 Ms. Ho has been a guest instructor of theU.S. Department of Commerce's Small BusinessAdministration (SBA). In 1994, She was invited by theCity of Shenyang to conduct workshops in China.
