with the Groom's family from Ohio
at this recent wedding rehearsal dinner for 90 guests.

                         The Bride, Dr. Tatiana Yoes, and the Groom, Dr. Matthew Ritchey,
                               practice their toast with our Shrimp & Andouille Lollipops.

                                              & Pecan Smoked Catfish Amite.

                      Jambalaya was cooked on the deck of the 
                   Waldon Clubhouse and served right out of the
                  cast iron pot as Cajun music filled the night air.
                       This was a first for many of out guests.

    The only problem guests had all evening was
    trying to decide what to top their cheesecake with-
    Louisiana Strawberries, Praline Sauce, or Bananas Foster
