at this recent wedding rehearsal dinner for 90 guests.

Jambalaya was cooked on the deck of the
Waldon Clubhouse and served right out of the
cast iron pot as Cajun music filled the night air.
This was a first for many of out guests.
The only problem guests had all evening was
trying to decide what to top their cheesecake with-
Louisiana Strawberries, Praline Sauce, or Bananas Foster
