INFe.com Announces Form 10SB Effective

INFe.com (OTC-BB-INFE), formerly Infocall Communications Corp., announced today it has verified through contacts with the Securities and Exchange Commission that its Form 10-SB was effective as of February 17, 2000. The Company has promptly notified its market makers to file the necessary forms for re-listing on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board and they have agreed to process the filing.

With this verification and re-listing the Company plans to move ahead to complete additional financing for its acquisitions and "close" these transactions as soon as possible. The Company currently has deals in the works that will bring over $20 million in revenue to its INFe-Human Resources and over $2 million to its IT*CareerNET Subsidiaries.

We are now positioned to arrange closure of this funding and complete our initial acquisitions."

The Company also announced that it has been working to re-program its IT*CareerNET web site for the launch of its contract with 5th Avenue Channel NASDAQ-FAVE. IT*CareerNET has been selected to become the center of technology careers for FAVE's new cable broadcast news channel expected to air in millions of homes early in March. The IT*CareerNET site will offer new content and services including an IT*CareerNET-Professionals Club and its launch of the IT*CareerNET-Video Resume, a profile of a job seeker and their credentials in streaming video available on the Internet.
