INFe.com To Acquire ClubComputer.com
Acquisition Will Launch E-Commerce Platform For INFe.com

Tysons Corner, Virginia, - March 16, 2000. INFe.com (OTC-BB-INFE), formerly Infocall Communications Corp., an Internet incubator and technology infrastructure company announced today it has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of Club Computer.com for a price of $2 million. ClubComputer.com is the leading membership computer products e-taileron on the Internet supplying products to over twenty-five thousand subscribers and generating revenues of $5 million.

The acquisition will enable INFe.com to use ClubComputer.com's E-Commerce software platform to sell products to its growing base of computer professionals subscribing to its IT*CareerNET technology staffing services.

According to INFe.com's CEO Tom Richfield "We are excited about the tremendous marketing opportunity that ClubComputer.com brings to the IT*CareerNET. Our goal is to make the IT*CareerNET a portal for technology professionals and job seekers. INFe.com plans to take its IT*CareerNET subsidiary public this year. The Company reported that it will continue to expand its operations through strategic acquisitions of technology staffing and Internet based subscriber services.
