Company Plans to Complete Audits and Become Fully Reporting

Tysons Corner, Virginia ... August 11, 1999 -- Infocall Communications Corp. (OTC-BB-INFE), an emerging leader in Internet-based technology staffing and employee leasing services, today announced it plans to acquire over twenty-one million in new revenue and complete its requirements to become fully reporting by the end of the year.

According to Infocall's CEO, Tom Richfield, "We have reached agreements in principle to acquire what we consider to be a strong base of operations and set the stage for immediate internal growth and additional acquisitions in the year 2000."
