Free Delivery
Selectedcomputer systems come with free delivery and setup. This includes bringing the system to the customers site,unpacking, and connecting the various components. Any training, demonstrations, or loading of the customerssoftware will be billed to the customer at our normal service rate in effect atthe time of delivery.
Warranty
All new computer systems come with a one (1) year partsand labor warranty against defects in original materials and workmanship.
This is ahardware only warranty. Software is notcovered under this warranty, although software is covered by themanufacturer. Any service necessitatedby a software problem is NOT covered by this warranty and will be billed at ournormal service rate in effect at the time.It is not our policy to reload software (other than the operatingsystem) after a hardware failure.
Valencia luxury hotelsAnyalteration to the computer system that is not performed by The Computer_Lab mayvoid your warranty. Please consult withus before any modifications are made.Damage to your system due to neglect, misuse, or acts of God may voidyour warranty. This warranty doesntcover incidental or consequential damages or loss of business or revenue.
Registrationand payment for any class may be made in person, by phone, e-mail or fax.
Ifcancellation is made prior to seven (7) days before the start of a class youwill receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than seven (7) daysbefore the start of a class, you will receive a refund only if we can fill yourreserved space. Emergency cancellationswill be handled on a case by case basis.There is no credit or refund allowable for missed classes.
TheComputer_Lab accepts cash, checks, or Visa/MasterCard.

Itseasy to qualify for membership in our Preferred Customer Club.
Our service schedule isset by the following priority schedule. We try to perform service (priorities1-5) within 24 hours. Customers withGuaranteed Response Service take priority over all other customers.
