Serve many roles for dynamic online marketing agency. Manage ongoing online projects for clients such as 3Com, PeopleSoft, and Heidrick & Struggles. Responsible for scheduling, production of the site, proofing, testing, and completion of projects within strict deadlines. Create URLs, set up post sites and make sure banners meet specifications for banner campaigns. Work with account executives, web department, copywriters, designers, and media department to ensure on-time delivery of projects. Confer with project team to anticipateproblems, analyze solutions, identify alternatives and suggest recommendations. Research and apply new web technologies and tools.

Web Programmer—July 1997 - February 1999
Contributed to a team throughout entire process, from initial campaign kickoff meeting through web site development, data collection, and testing. Add functionality to Web sites beyond basic HTML, such as database connectivity and enhanced interface features, using CGI and JavaScript. Projects include work for 3Com, PeopleSoft, O'Neill, Palm Computing, Atmel, Peapod, Verisign, and the www.fusiondm.com site.

Loan Officer and Real Estate Appraiser—1994 - 1997
Managed East Bay territory, making residential real estate loans and performing the appraisals on the properties. I was responsible for decisions on property values and loan to value ratios. Worked directly with mortgage brokers and customers off the street.
