hotel rooms PalermoUser(s) agrees to indemnify and hold TAPCITY.COM and its owners, officers, employees, suppliers of services and agents harmless against any and al claims, demands, suits, judgments, causes of action, losses, expenses, fees (including attorney's fees) liability or damages for libel, slander, or infringement of copyright from material transmitted via TAPCITY.COM(s) systems or services, or arising from the usage of TAPCITY.COM or its other network services. TAPCITY.COM shall not be responsible for ANY losses that user(s) suffer from the use of TAPCITY.COM and its other network services, including but not limited to interruption of service, "computer viruses", incomplete, incorrect delivery or delay of information regardless of cause.
TAPCITY.COM makes no implied warranties or representations of any kind for the subscriber services provided through a TAPCITY.COM subscriber account. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the Agreement. User(s) agrees that the security of his (her) account, including PIN number(s), is his (her) responsibility and that all use which emanates from his (her) account will be considered to be undertaken by him (her) unless it can be shown to have been unauthorized intrusion. User(s) agrees to notify TAPCITY.COM immediately if he (she) believes that the account has been, or is being compromised.
User(s) agree not to abuse TAPCITY.COM System(s). The following activities are NOT Allowed and will be considered abuse. A subscriber who abuses the TAPCITY.COM system(s) will be disconnected immediately and without warning and will forfeit all fees paid to TAPCITY.COM.
a. TAPCITY.COM may NOT be used for Telemarketing;
b. This system does not support FAX transmissions;
c. Data Calls made by MODEM are not permitted;
d. Internet Access numbers may not be dialed;
e. Interconnecting remote telephone lines with the registered line is not permitted;f. This service is only available in the 48 contiguous United States and calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and any other countries are prohibited;
g. Recorded announcements of any kind may not be used;
h. 411 Information calls are not supported;
i. Long Distance Information calls are not supported (NPA-555-1212);
j. Calls to 900 or 976 numbers are not supported;

l. TAPCITY.COM may disconnect a subscriber for any reason that it deems appropriate;
m. All networks and plans including Call Pacs allow for the average of all calls purchased to exceed the average call patterns of all residential consumers. Some customers who abuse the system will have their call plans suspended and/or be required to upgrade their plan to match their actual call volume needs.
Subscribed users agree to notify the TAPCITY.com TEAM Support customer service center of any changes regarding account information within 7 days of subscription, which includes changes of address, charge card information, etc.
